Tasting Notes
We’ve met quite a few superb Arizona Viogniers over the years and are convinced that it will have a place in this state for many years to come. Some of our favorite AZ Viognier comes from the Asmundson family at Deep Sky Vineyards. Every year, it makes a classic wine with trademark characters of quince/pear, white blossoms and an elegant softness. We love working with this meticulous vineyard and thought this vintage was so tasty that we needed to steal a small portion from our Descendants blend to bottle on its own. Only 49 cases produced.
