Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
This is now our third consecutive year working with this Vermentino, which comes from the Dos Padres Vineyard owned by Eric Glomski at Page Springs Cellars. The vineyard is situated across Oak Creek from Eric’s winery and this Vermentino always makes a beautiful, austere wine with a delicate citrus/melon character, subtle restraint and a minerality so characteristic of the fruit from that small part of the Oak Creek Valley. This is some special fruit and we’re so grateful to be able to share it with you. Only 49 cases produced.
