Winemaker Notes
Our only wine made almost entirely with fruit sourced from New Mexico. Syrah, Carignan, Mourvedre and Grenache in a nod to the Rhone wines of France. Rich, spicy, red and dark fruit, earthiness, gaminess and a smooth finish that pairs with a range of foods. Only seven barrels produced. Drink now or cellar up to 4+ years.

My wife and I recently celebrated our 5 year anniversay at the enchantment resort in Sedona. Where we had the pleasure of tasting Star Sailor for the first time. This was not your typical wine it had flavor that is so hard to describe other than it was fully of happiness and love. It tastes of emotion! I will be looking forward to what this delightful new winery has to offer! Cheers and thank you for the wonderful experience.
